Time to glue the bridge onto this Bog Oak/Carpathian Spruce OM for @stringbreak_uk.

As you may have seen in my previous reel, the footprint of the bridge was masked off during finishing, to keep the lacquer off this area. Then after the guitar is polished, the bridge is scalpeled around to remove the lacquer in this area & expose the bare spruce soundboard. This allows for a good wood to wood contact when gluing the bridge on.

The very talented Scottish guitarist Ben Mac demos my latest guitar, an MDC - (Modified Dreadnought cutaway), from my studio workshop, with an original composition of his own - Through the Storm with You (Part 1).

As per usual, a good pair of headphones or speakers will always do the audio justice.

This was recorded in my studio workshop with a single microphone & no after effects.
